Redwood Grief Center is a new Santa Cruz County community initiative, here to make meaningful grief support more human, accessible, and rooted in connection.
We believe grief is not something to “get over.” It is an experience we learn to live alongside—and we deserve places where that experience can be witnessed without judgment.
We are beginning small—with groups, partnerships, listening, and relationships—and growing carefully in response to what our community needs.

Schools are often where young people spend much of their lives—and where grief can show up in unexpected ways. Redwood Grief Center partners with schools and community organizations to create developmentally appropriate spaces for connection and peer support.
